Facility
The meet takes place at the Toronto Track & Field Centre
8-lane outdoor track for the competition
Indoor track with 5-lane oval and 8-lane straightaway for warm up
All-weather polytan surface
4 long/triple jump pits

Washroom facilities are available.

Facility Rules
Only officials and competing athletes are permitted onto the competition areas.
Athletes and coaches have access to the indoor track for warm up.
​
Team camping is not available in the indoor track.

Packet Pick Up
Coaches must pick up their team packet at the Hospitality Desk located in the Toronto Track & Field Centre lobby.
The coach picking up the packet must take the entire packet.

Warm Up Track
Access to the warm up track is located at the southwest end of the stadium.
Absolutely no warm up is allowed on the competition track or the infield.

Meet Admission
Entry to the stadium is by wristband only.
Wristbands for athletes and coaches are included in the team’s packet.
Each team is allotted one coach wristband for every 10 athletes registered.
Wristbands for spectators and additional coaches are sold at the tent located at the entrance to the stadium.
General Admission Spectator passes are $10 each day. Children aged 11 and under are free

Athlete Control Centre & Clerking
The Athlete Control Centre (ACC) is located at the indoor track
Athletes must check in at the ACC for all events when the event is called
Athletes must be dressed and ready to run when they come to the clerking area
The athletes will be escorted into the stadium for the start of their events

False Start Rule
False start rules follow those of the IAAF, with the following exception: in events staged for U9, U11, and U13 divisions, one false start is charged to the field and all further false starts will result in the disqualification of the athlete making the false start.

Advancement to Finals
The top eight times from the qualifying round of the 100m, 200m, and sprint hurdles will advance to the Finals.
If there are eight or fewer athletes running in the first round, then that round will be run as a Final at the scheduled time for the finals.

Throwing Implements
Throwing implements are provided by the meet management.
Personal implements are allowed and once checked-in, are entered into the competition equipment pool.

Scoring
The top 8 athletes in each event will earn points for their teams as follows: 1st – 10 points, 2nd – 8 points, 3rd – 6 points, 4th –5 points, 5th –4 points, 6th – 3 points, 7th –2 Points, 8th –1 Point
